Downloaded latest data from CHS on 2023-06-12, converted to 3996 and decimal coordinates, and masked all previously removed points (122000). Created a supplementary file of all previous masks and the unedited download file. Updated preprocess script and metadata; filename, filesize, originator, provider, srs, url.
